From Brooklyn:Take Flatbush Avenue (eventually turns into Flatbush Avenue Extension) to Willoughby Street. Clinic is at Corner of Willoughby and Flatbush Avenue Extension.

From Manhattan: Broolyn Bridge (stay to left) to Tillary. First light make left turn. Take Tillary to Flatbush Avenue Extension. Make right turn. Fort Greene Health Center is at Flatbush Avenue Extension and Willoughby Street.

From Bronx: Take FDR Drive to Brooklyn Bridge, Civic Center Exit. Brooklyn Bridge (stay left) to Tillary. First light make left turn. Take Tillary to Flatbush Avenue Extension. Make right turn. Fort Greene Health Center is at Flatbush Avenue Extension and Willoughby Street.
